루트닉 미 상무장관 : 한국 3500억달러 낼필요 없다

루트닉은 최근 한국 정부 관계자들과의 대화에서 지난 7월 미국에 보장한 3,500억 달러를 소폭 증액하는 방안을 논의했으며, 최종 규모가 일본이 약속한 5,500억 달러에 조금 더 가까워질 수 있다고 제안했다고 한국 정부 고문 등을 포함한 논의에 정통한 인사들이 전했다.
